      The payment for my condo was received by my bank this afternoon. So the process is finished. I appreciate you help throughout. Although it took much longer than I anticipated, it was also very instructive of how important it is to have a real estate agent. Since I bought the condo directly from the developer, I had never dealt with the normal process of buying and selling a home. It was much more complicated than I realized. Your patience in getting me through this was certainly critical to my understanding of the process. Again, thank you very much for being my real estate agent.
